Payment Policy

We accept payment though all major credit & debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment is usually processed within 24 hours.

Pre-Orders

We mark everything that is a pre-order clearly in the description. If your order contains both in stock items and pre-order items, we will ship everything out together once we receive the pre-order items. If you would like to get the in stock items first, please order them separately. If you want to revise your order, please contact us and we will help you out. Please note, if an item states pre-order, even if the ETA has passed, the item is in pre-order. The Pre-Order estimates are intended to distinguish the estimated ETA range of an item, not the exact arrival date. There are no time guarantees for pre-orders. Once the item is in stock, it will be clearly marked as in stock.

Panda Models: 2-3 Months

Guaranteed Delivery

Shipping Options/Orders that have a guaranteed delivery date are guaranteed. In rare cases, if the shipping gets delayed, we will offer a 100% reimbursement of the shipping charge, or a return of the item with 100% of the value refunded including shipping costs, and return shipping on us. Please contact us. Guaranteed Delivery only applies to overnight shipping and special guaranteed services, and applies to US orders only.


International Orders

Payment:

We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

For International Orders, we highly recommend using credit or debit card for the least conversion fees due to the high exchange rates from PayPal.

Shipping:

For International shipping, we offer multiple options all the way from USPS International Economy to DHL Express. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to consider using an insured shipping option.

All Packages sent via the following services are fully insured & tracked:

- UPS International Standard, Expedited, Saver & Express
- FedEx International Ground, Economy (IE) & Priority (IP)
- DHL Express Worldwide
- USPS Priority Mail Express International (PMEI)
- USPS Priority Mail International (PMI)

All Packages sent via the following services are not fully insured.

- USPS First Class Package International (FCPIS)
- USPS International Economy (IE)

Full tracking for these two services are only available to 55 countries. Tracking to all other countries will end after departing the United States. For more information about USPS International shipping, click here.

Due to the expensive shipping costs, unfortunately we do not accept any returns for international orders, and all products are purchased at the liability of the consumer.


Customs:

For international orders, we are not responsible for customs, import duties, or other government taxes charged upon delivery. To know what these charges will be, please check with your countries customs.

We have no responsibly for packages that were refused delivery due to customs, or any other reason.

Fraudulent Orders

Our system automatically detects fraudulent orders. If we feel like a customer is breaking any of our policies, by initiating disputes prior to being in contact with us, or trying to commit any form of fraud, we reserve all right to cancel or refuse to accept any orders and to cease all future business with that customer, as well as notify our partner vendors. We have a no tolerance policy when it comes to fraudulent orders.
