Shipping Policy (Updated 1/8/2022)

We have developed a new shipping policy so that our customers get their orders faster and more reliably. 

Handling Times:
- All FedEx Express in stock orders will be shipped out the same day for orders placed before 2 PM EST, or the next business day if ordered after the cutoff.
- All USPS in stock orders will be shipped out by the next business day for orders placed before 2 PM EST, or within two business days if ordered after the cutoff. 
- All UPS in stock orders will be shipped within two business days.
- All Pre-Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of arrival at our store.

Once your order ships, an email with the tracking number will be sent.

For our international valued customers. we used USPS International, UPS Worldwide, and DHL and provide a variety of different services that meets a variety of timely and affordability needs. Please choose a shipping option that meets your needs. Please note that Free Shipping will always result to either UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail in most cases and if you need your models fast, please choose an expedited shipping option at check out. We will never downgrade your shipping, but we reserve all right to upgrade your shipping speed (ex. UPS Ground to FedEx 2-Day) to ensure a faster delivery time.

1. Due to unprecedented shipping volumes, and out of control delays, at this time, only overnight shipping has a service guarantee. If your package is delayed out of reason, (over 7-10 days), please contact us and we can get in touch with the carrier.
2. Saturdays, Sundays & US Federal Holidays are excluded as business days.
3. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses entered at checkout. Please let us know before an order has shipped if there is any mistake with the shipping address to avoid further issues. We are not responsible for paying to ship out orders that have been returned to us for this reason, and if you realize an address issue after we ship an order, please contact your local post office to arrange a pick up, so it doesn't get returned back to us.

Return/Refund Policy 

Before Your Order Has Shipped/Pre-Orders:

We want to give the most flexibility we can to our customers. Therefore, we offer a full refund, exchange or store credit before your order ships.

After Your Order Ships:
Once your order ships, shipping costs are non-refundable. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your product, and would like to return it for a refund, we make it easy as possible to return your item. To return an item, please contact us to start a return, and if accepted, please send your item back. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in the same condition as we sent it, and then process the return. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Please not that we do not accept international returns for logistical reasons. 

1. If a return is due to buyer's remorse, a full refund will be given, but return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
2. If we receive an item not in the condition as we sent it in, we may deduct a portion of your refund, (Ex. Returning an item with reglued parts or modifications) but we will never deduct a portion of a refund for shipping inflicted damages such as loose parts.


If you would like to exchange a model, please return it, and ask for the refund as store credit, and then you will be able to use that credit towards the purchase of a new item.

Our Mistake

If we accidentally ship a wrong model on accident, or make any other error on our part, we will pay all costs associated with shipping, in addition to offering a refund option, in which 100% of the cost of the model is refundable including shipping charges, and return shipping is on us.

Defective Item Policy

We replace all defective or damaged models at no cost to you!

We are collectors, and we know how it feels to get an item broken. Minor misprints, or parts that can be easily fixed are not counted as defective items, but if your item has some serious breakage, or paint chips, we will do our part to compensate for that, as this isn't acceptable. We do hand check every single model before shipment, and we hold all models that don't pass the quality check. Because of this, our broken shipment rate is very low, but in rare cases models might break during shipment. If so, contact us as soon as possible and send us pictures of the damage.

If there is small parts missing, such as wheels or antenna, we will send it with your next order or though postal mail. Otherwise, for defective models, we will need the item back. We will provide a return shipping label free of charge, and as soon as we receive the defective item back, we will ship out a replacement model either at our expense, or with your next order. If the item you ordered is out of stock, store credit for the full amount, or a refund will be issued.

Please note, we don't replace items that were tampered by the buyer. If you receive an item broken, and try to fix it yourself, we won't replace it. If you would like a replacement, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the broken item. All defective items need to be reported to us within 5 calendar days of delivery, otherwise they will follow our standard return procedure.
