Payment Policy

We accept payment though all major credit & debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment is usually processed within 24 hours.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

We mark everything that is a pre-order and special order clearly in the description. If your order contains both in stock items and pre-order/special order items, we will ship everything out together once we receive the pre-order items. If you would like to get the in stock items first, please order them separately. If you want to revise your order, please contact us and we will help you out. Please note, if an item states pre-order, even if the ETA has passed, the item is in pre-order. 

Here is a list of usually how long pre-order's take by brand after announcement:

NG Models: 4-6 Weeks
Gemini Jets: 4 Weeks
Other brands: Varies

Distant Pre-Orders: 2-24 Months

Special orders will ship within 1-4 weeks.

Return/Refund Policy 

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your product, and would like to return it for a refund, we make it easy as possible to return your item. To return an item, please contact us to start a return, and if accepted, please send your item back. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in the same condition as we sent it, and then process the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we may charge a 15% restocking fee

Please not that we do not accept international returns for logistical reasons. 

We will not accept refund (Ex. Returning an item with reglued parts or modifications). If you would like to return your item, please do not tamper with it.

 


Defective Item Policy

We are collectors, and we know how it feels to get an item broken. Minor misprints, or parts that can be easily fixed are not counted as defective items, but if your item has some serious breakage, or paint chips, we will do our part to compensate for that, as this isn't acceptable. We do hand check every single model before shipment, and we hold all models that don't pass the quality check. Because of this, our broken shipment rate is very low, but in rare cases models might break during shipment. If so, contact us as soon as possible and send us pictures of the damage.

If there is small parts missing, such as wheels or antenna, we will send it with your next order or though postal mail. Otherwise, for defective models, we will need the item back. We will provide a return shipping label free of charge, and as soon as we receive the defective item back, we will ship out a replacement model either at our expense, or with your next order. If the item you ordered is out of stock, store credit for the full amount, or a refund will be issued.

Please note, we don't replace items that were tampered by the buyer. If you receive an item broken, and try to fix it yourself, we won't replace it. If you would like a replacement, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the broken item. All defective items need to be reported to us within 5 calendar days of delivery, otherwise they will follow our standard return procedure.

International Orders

Payment:

We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

For International Orders, we highly recommend using credit or debit card for the least conversion fees due to the high exchange rates from PayPal.

Customs:

For international orders, we are not responsible for customs, import duties, or other government taxes charged upon delivery. To know what these charges will be, please check with your countries customs. We have no control over these charges.

We have no responsibly for packages that were refused delivery, including for unpaid duties.

For frequent customers, we highly recommend signing up for our newsletter for our latest arrivals, deals & promotions. Newsletter signup is located at the bottom of our website, and we always post the latest releases, arrivals & news in our newsletter.

In addition to subscribing to our newsletter, we also recommend creating an account, which has many benefits including saving address information, order history and latest status, as well as enrollment into our rewards program.

Fraudulent Orders

Our system automatically detects fraudulent orders. If we feel like a customer is breaking any of our policies, by initiating disputes prior to being in contact with us, or trying to commit any form of fraud, we reserve all right to cancel or refuse to accept any orders and to cease all future business with that customer, as well as notify our partner vendors. We have a no tolerance policy when it comes to fraudulent orders.
