We have developed a new shipping policy so that our customers get their orders faster and more reliably.
We now operate out of two warehouses located in New Jersey and Virginia. We do not have a physical storefront at the moment. Shipping is calculated individually for the two warehouses (including free shipping minimum's). We highly recommend ordering items from the same warehouse for the best shipping rates.
All in-stock orders with Standard, Expedited or International Shipping will be shipped out the same business day if until 12 PM EST. In-stock orders with express shipping will be shipped out same business day until 2 PM EST. If an in-stock order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be shipped out the next business day. All pre-orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse. We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.
Once your order ships, an email with the tracking number will be sent.
Shipping Times (Domestic):
Please choose a shipping option that meets your needs. We will never downgrade your shipping speed, but we may upgrade it in some cases.
Standard (Free) Shipping (Under 5 Business Days) - Uses the cheapest shipping option available from USPS, UPS or FedEx. Only available on orders above $149 to the continental US.
Expedited Shipping (3 to 4 Business Days) - Uses UPS, USPS or FedEx that is scheduled to arrive in 4 Business Days or less. Although not a guaranteed service, around 90% of packages arrive within 3 Business day of shipment.
Express Shipping (1 to 2 Business Days) - Uses UPS 2nd Day or FedEx 2-Day. Extended handling time until 2 PM EST. This is a guaranteed service, and we will offer a 100% shipping reimbursement if the item has not arrived within 2 Business Days of shipment.
We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses entered at checkout. Please let us know before an order has shipped if there is any mistake with the shipping address to avoid further issues. We are not responsible for paying to ship out orders that have been returned to us for this reason, and if you realize an address issue after we ship an order, please contact your local post office to arrange a pick up, so it doesn't get returned back to us.
For International shipping, we mostly use UPS. We may sometimes substitute UPS for its comparable FedEx Services. We try not to use USPS or Asendia unless necessary.

- UPS Worldwide Expedited, Saver, Express and Express Plus (1 to 3 Business Days)
- UPS International Standard (2 to 7 Business Days)
- FedEx International Economy or Priority (1 to 3 Business Days)
- FedEx International Connect Plus, FedEx International Ground and FedEx International
All Packages sent via the following services are not fully insured or tracked:
- UPS International Economy (10 to 15 Business Days)
- USPS International Economy (IE) or USPS First Class Package International (FCPIS) (15 to 20 Business Days)
- Asendia Worldwide (AW) (15 to 20 Business Days)
Full tracking for these three services are only available to 55 countries. Tracking to all other countries will end after departing the United States. International Shipping times are not guaranteed for any service.
Due to the expensive shipping costs, unfortunately we do not accept any returns for international orders, and all products are purchased at the liability of the consumer.
If we accidentally ship a wrong model on accident, or make any other error on our part, we will pay all costs associated with shipping, in addition to offering a refund option, in which 100% of the cost of the model is refundable including shipping charges, and return shipping is on us.
